Good to know

Do learners need to download anything?+

No. LearnershipSubmission is a web app — learners just open the link in their phone or computer browser and register with the access code you give them. If they want it to feel like an installed app, they can "Add to Home Screen" in one tap, but it's optional.

Does it work on phones and computers?+

Yes — it's the same app on every device. Learners commonly use phones; admins often prefer a laptop for reviewing. Both open the exact same web address and see the same up-to-date system.

Which documents must learners submit?+

Seven are required: a certified SA ID copy, proof of residential address, certified highest qualification, proof of registration with the provider, the learner registration/enrolment form, signed POPIA consent, and proof of banking details. Optional extras like a Portfolio of Evidence or RPL evidence can be added too.

How does payment and activation work?+

Is our data kept secure?+
